1. Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy that allows you to return or exchange your items under the following conditions:
Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging, including any dust bags, tags, and boxes. Footwear must be free from wear and signs of use, including scuffs, stains, or damage.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You will need to include the RAN in the return package to ensure your return is processed properly. Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.
Shipping for Returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Skipnapo is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
2. Exchange Policy

Please note that exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is unavailable, we will process your return and issue a refund.
